We were happy to see that as it was alrdy too cold / dark and we had a baby with us, it was arnd 5 pm then. and apparently the room wil be unlocked and key wud be on the table there. Thankgod we jst got a new sim card and had net, and found a mail from the property saying our room number was. there were lot of instructions in english everywhere and one said tat they may hav sent the room number via mail. There were some names on a board there with room numbers. when we reached the hotel, we realized there is no front desk, its jst like entering any building, there is a security cam there and a lift and a wierd robot. We booked this hotel on the day of our stay at around 1-2 pm.
